LATHAM - Theresa M. Luke, 68, and forever young at heart entered into rest Saturday, January 15, 2000 at the Community Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late William Fl Luke who died in 1971. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Mary Ferris Freije. She was a graduate of Cohoes High. Mrs. Luke had been a Latham resident for most of her life she was the former owner and operator of Northeast Vending Service in Latham. She was presently employed by Tri-City Rentals as a property manager of the Fenimore Trace Apartments. She was a longtime communicant of Our Lady of The Assumption Church in Latham. Survivors include her three loving children, William Fl Luke Jr., Charles F. Luke and Ann Marie Luke, all of Latham, her daughters-in law Pamela McCarthy Luke and Katherine Reilly Luke; her cherished grandchildren, William F. III, Daniel C., Robert T., Erin E., Charles F., Jonathan W., and Joseph M. Luke all of Latham. She was the sister of Philip Freije of Cohoes, Margaret Freije, of Latham, Charles Freije of Florida, Fred Freije of Cohoes, Joseph Freije of Waterford and Mary Freije of Cohoes and the late George Freije; she was the dear aunt of Barbara Preston and Fred Freije; and survived by several other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 18, 200 at 9:15 a.m. from the Dufresne and Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham and at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of The Assumption Church 498 Watervliet -- Shaker Rd. Latham where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8 p.m. Interment will be in Memory’s Garden in Colonie
